How long will it take to receive my order? |

Since all our orders are personalized, we put a great deal of time and effort into creating each item. Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the date payment is received. We do provide rush orders– contact us for pricing. |

How much is shipping? |
|
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $5 for your first 3 items , and just $1 for each additional item. Standard shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days. |

What type of payment do you accept? |
|
We only accept payments through PayPal. PayPal allows us to offer our clients quick and easy payment options including all major credit cards and bank account transfers. Once you place your order you will receive an invoice through PayPal with fast, easy, and secure payment options. Payments are expected within 10 days of the Paypal invoice date. Because each item is personalized, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges once an item has been purchased.
